Where is Beyond Coaching?

We are still here! It’s just us under a new company name.

In 2011, after 5 years as Beyond Coaching, we decided it was time to relaunch our business under a new name. A name more in line with our full service offering and reflective of our specialised expertise around motivational profiling and understanding what drives human behaviour in the workplace.

We still coach, we still train, and we still profile but our reputation and expertise has moved ‘beyond coaching’ (I couldn’t help myself!) or at least beyond ‘just’ coaching, and it’s time our brand reflected that as well.
