Anneli Blundell - Director

Anneli Blundell is the Director of Motivation Matters.  Anneli has enjoyed over 15 years in management, leadership and consulting roles across several industries and brings to her clients a recognised expertise in the field of below conscious communications, and the identification of motivational drivers in the workplace.

Anneli assists companies to better understand why their people do what they do and how to get the best out of them, by working with Language and Behaviour (LAB) Patterns – the below conscious drivers of motivation. She is the only Australian qualified Trainer and Consultant in both the iWAM (Inventory of Work Attitudes and Motivations) and LAB Profiling tools (Language and Behaviour) – both aimed at decoding below conscious motivations through the study of language patterns.

Fueled by her passion for the study of interpersonal dynamics and communication mastery, Anneli offers her expertise to clients through Behavioural Change consulting services, including motivational mapping, profiling, communication training and coaching.

Anneli was delighted to be named a finalist in the 2010 ‘Coach of the Year’ Awards for ANZI Coaching and was humbled and honoured by the support she received for her nomination from clients and colleagues alike.

Julie Blundell - Performance Consultant

Julie brings a unique blend of focus, passion, common sense and a 'can do' attitude to Motivation Matters and her personable nature is warmly received by our clients and colleagues alike. She has enjoyed a diverse work history, having spent most of her working career in real estate, the banking industry and office management across several different sectors. This diverse experience of working with people, coupled with her qualifications as a Consultant in both the iWAM (Inventory of Work Attitudes and Motivations) and LAB Profiling tools (Language and Behaviour) – both aimed at decoding below conscious motivations through the study of language patterns, ensures that her clients are in good hands.
